Terms used in the PoshFriends Affiliate Program

Casino — An Internet resource (casino-x.com, joycasino.com, ramenbet.com) that provides gambling services to its visitors;

Affiliate — A webmaster who participates in the online promotion of products belonging to PoshFriends program clients. An Affiliate is a legal entity or individual who accepts the public offer on the poshfriends.partners website;

Affiliate Program — A marketing agency that facilitates the attraction of visitors to the client's website using affiliate schemes;

Players — Individuals attracted by the Affiliate to the casino's website who have opened a personal account in that casino;

Earnings — Funds accrued to the Affiliate's personal account within the Affiliate Program, defined as a percentage of the casino's Net Revenue from players attracted by the Affiliate;

Payout — Transfer of funds earned by the Affiliate and held in their personal account within the Affiliate Program, to any external payment system supported by the Affiliate Program;

Reporting Period — A period of time following which the funds earned by the Affiliate are credited to their personal account within the Affiliate Program; equal to one calendar month.

Promotional Materials (Promo Materials) — Materials used by Affiliates to promote client products online and offline.

Operating Principles, Account, and Security

1. Before commencing work, every Affiliate participating in the PoshFriends Affiliate Program is obligated to carefully read and accept these terms of the Affiliate Program.
2. Legal entities or individuals who have reached the age of 18 are admitted to cooperation in the PoshFriends Affiliate Program. If the Affiliate is an individual accepting the Program's terms, they are personally responsible for compliance with the age restriction.
3. A login and password are created for the Affiliate's access to the PoshFriends Affiliate Program system, which the Affiliate must personally safeguard from loss and disclosure to third parties. The Affiliate Program is not responsible for the security of this confidential Affiliate data.
4. The PoshFriends Affiliate Program reserves the right to change the Rules of the Affiliate Program without the Affiliate's consent or prior notification. The Rules published on the Program's website are considered valid. A chronology of changes to the Affiliate Program rules is not maintained.
5. The PoshFriends Affiliate Program reserves the right to refuse to work with any Affiliate without giving reasons.
6. The "Last cookie wins" rule applies in the Affiliate Program, which means that a Player is assigned the referral code of the Affiliate whose advertisement they last clicked to enter the casino and register.
7. The transfer and sale of accounts to third parties without prior agreement with the administration are prohibited in the Affiliate Program.
8. The PoshFriends Affiliate Program does not provide Affiliates with confidential information or any Player data, other than what the Affiliate can independently view in their personal Affiliate Program cabinet.
9. The PoshFriends Affiliate Program reserves the right to use the database of Players who have been inactive for more than three months, at its own discretion.

Traffic, its Sources, and Restrictions

1. The Affiliate Program has the right to request information about the Affiliate's traffic sources at any time. If the Affiliate does not provide information about the sources where the Affiliate advertises the casino, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to freeze payments to the Affiliate. For websites, the URL (or an alternative path to the domain) must be provided; for media/arbitrage traffic – an example of the ad and a screenshot of the advertising cabinet; for email newsletters – add support@poshfriends.com to the mailing database and show the text and template of the letter; for social media publics, stream channels, or mobile applications – correct links to them. If the advertisement is given in languages not used by the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate is obliged to translate it upon request.
2. The PoshFriends Affiliate Program strictly prohibits Affiliates from attracting clients using spam mailings. Should such facts be discovered, the Affiliate Program may close the Affiliate's personal account in the PoshFriends system without paying out the funds earned and held in that account.
3. The Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to send newsletters to Players from their email address databases only if the Affiliate can specify the source of these data. The texts in the newsletters must be from a third party and must be agreed upon in advance with the Affiliate Program administration.
4. The Affiliate Program limits the use of brand traffic by Affiliates under standard commission programs. For Casino-X.com, Joycasino.com, ramenbet.com projects, commissions under the RevShare program are 15%, and under the CPA program - 35 USD. Brand traffic is considered traffic generated by vital queries, i.e., containing the name of the Affiliate Program's projects in various spellings, including erroneous ones (typosquatting). Sites with copied or similar-to-the-original design also fall under this definition. Should Affiliates wish to use brand traffic, they must first contact support and agree on the terms of work. In case of conscious use of standard commission models for brand traffic and concealment of this information, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to suspend cooperation with the Affiliate. Domains used for project mirrors are not considered brand traffic. Their use is strictly forbidden and may lead to an account ban. Traffic from such domains will not be paid for.
5. The Affiliate Program strictly prohibits the attraction of incentivized traffic. Should this be discovered, the Affiliate Program has the right to close the Affiliate's account without prior warning and payout of their earned funds.
6. The Affiliate Program prohibits the Affiliate from using cookie stuffing and other similar cookie substitution schemes. Should such facts be discovered, the Affiliate Program may close the Affiliate's personal account in the PoshFriends system without paying out the funds earned and held in that account.

Commission Programs, Negative Balance Reset, and Sub-Affiliates

1. The standard commission program is considered dynamic RevShare from 15% to 35%, calculated by the formula Affiliate Income = ((100% - royalty)•GGR + (100%-royalty)•Betting+ (100%-royalty)•Rake) - CP - (deposits+payouts)•5%) x aff %. Royalty values for each project and a detailed description of the RevShare calculation formula can be found in the Brands section.
2. CPA and Hybrid CPA models are also available to PoshFriends Affiliates. To switch to such commission models, the Affiliate must contact the AP administration and agree on the terms, which may be individual and can be declined by the Affiliate with at least 24 hours prior notice before reverting to the RevShare plan. For Qualification, the Player's deposit amount must exceed the minimum CPA program threshold within 30 days from registration. Also, within 30 days from registration and after the first deposit, the Player must perform at least one game action (place a bet, play a round, make a spin, etc.). Otherwise, the Player is considered not to have met the qualification requirements.
3. If major Player winnings exceeding the funds they deposited occurred during the Reporting Period, in other words, if the Players attracted by the Affiliate caused a loss to the Casino, the Affiliate's income for that period is equated to zero;
4. If we notice that a Player attracted by the Affiliate to one of our projects becomes inactive and was not previously registered in other projects of our Affiliate Program – we will send them an invitation to create an account in other projects of our Affiliate Program. In case of successful registration of the Player in other projects, the Affiliate will automatically receive 15% of the NGR of that Player.
5. If a negative balance arose in the Affiliate's account in the current Reporting Period, it is NEVER carried over to the next Reporting Period. The next Reporting Period starts with a zero (non-negative) value, as the PoshFriends Affiliate Program does not cover financial risks at the expense of its Affiliates.
6. If the Affiliate has attracted individuals wishing to become new Affiliates (or sub-affiliates) to cooperate with the PoshFriends Affiliate Program, referral bonuses will be accrued to them;
7. The size of the referral bonuses is calculated as an amount equal to 5% of the Earnings of all attracted sub-affiliates for the Reporting Period.

Promotional Materials and their Use

1. For the promotion of projects, the Affiliate Program provides Affiliates with multimedia and text materials (by prior agreement). Affiliates may also work with text descriptions, using information available on the Casino website, but only presenting it in their own interpretation. If texts from the website are simply copied without any stylistic changes, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Affiliate or classify this as brand traffic.
2. Affiliates are strictly forbidden to use the promotional materials (logos, text, graphics, video, as well as layout elements) of our original projects Casino-X.com, Joycasino.com, ramenbet.com to promote their unlicensed copies that violate copyright, or to promote their own projects. In case of violation, the Affiliate's account may be blocked without warning.
3. The Affiliate Program has the right to demand the indication of correct information in the reviews of its projects on affiliate websites. In case of knowingly providing false information that contradicts the data on the project websites, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to suspend cooperation with the Affiliate.
4. The Affiliate Program may demand the replacement of outdated links, logos, screenshots, and other promotional materials, and postpone the Payout in case the Affiliate refuses to replace them for an indefinite period until they are replaced.

Fraud, Cheating, and Breach of Operating Rules

1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from opening personal accounts in the casino using their own referral link. If such a fact is discovered, the administration will immediately block the personal accounts of the Affiliate and the Players they attracted, and funds will be permanently written off from these accounts in favor of the casino. The Affiliate's family members and people closely acquainted with them are also subject to this rule.
2. The Affiliate Program has the right to change the Affiliate's balance by the amount that was gained or lost by the casino as a result of fraudulent Player activity. The Affiliate Program may change the balance due to this reason for an unlimited period of time after the discovery of fraudulent activity.
3. The Affiliate Program reserves the right not to pay income under the CPA model if the Affiliate brings in fake Players (e.g., multi-accounts). If the Affiliate Program administration notices uncharacteristic Player behavior (e.g., an unusually high percentage of Players who do not return to the project after CPA qualification), the Affiliate's income will be recalculated under the RevShare commission model.
4. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to block the Affiliate's account for public slander, unsubstantiated criticism, insults, and threats towards the support service or the administration of the Affiliate Program and/or the Affiliate Program's projects.
5. The provision of knowingly false information about traffic sources by Affiliates entails the suspension of cooperation.
6. In the event that the administration of the Affiliate Program, or the Casino administration, has reason to suspect the Affiliate of violating the rules of cooperation with the Affiliate Program, their account may be blocked, and payouts frozen for an indefinite period until the circumstances are clarified. If the violation is confirmed during the verification, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to withhold the Affiliate's payouts.
7. If disputed situations arise, the Affiliate must provide the Affiliate Program with arguments for their case and their vision for resolving the problem. In turn, the PoshFriends Affiliate Program is always ready to consider the arguments presented by the Affiliate and seek a solution as impartially and honestly as possible from the perspective of both parties. The decision made by the Affiliate Program is not subject to review or appeal.

Procedure and Terms for Settlements with Affiliates

1. The Reporting Period used by the PoshFriends Affiliate Program for accruing Earnings to Affiliates is a calendar month.
2. The Affiliate's Earnings in the Affiliate Program are the commission remuneration, which is calculated as a certain percentage of the casino's Net Revenue from Players attracted by that Affiliate. The Affiliate can choose the most advantageous Affiliate Program for them.
3. Earnings for the past Reporting Period are accrued within five working days.
4. The minimum possible Payout from the affiliate account is $100 for payment systems and $2000 for bank transfers.
5. Payment details cannot be changed later than 3 working days before the end of the calculation period and until the end of the payouts.
6. Payouts to new Affiliates or Affiliates whose Players show suspicious activity may be delayed by the Affiliate Program administration for a period that the administration considers acceptable for conducting a traffic source verification.
7. If the Affiliate has fewer than 3 Players before the first Payout, an additional verification may be required.
8. The Affiliate Program undertakes to pay lifetime commissions until the Affiliate fulfills their obligations and does not cause financial or reputational harm to the AP or the AP's projects. The percentage of accruals under the RevShare/RevShare part of hybrid deals may change depending on the number of first deposits brought in during the Reporting Period.
